Terms of Use

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must register as a tenant by providing accurate and complete information, including company name, domain, email address, and use case.

3.2 API Keys

Upon registration, you will receive:

• A Public API Key for browser SDK usage
• A Secret API Key for server-to-server API calls

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Rotating keys if you suspect they have been compromised

Secret keys are shown only once during onboarding. Store them securely. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your API keys.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in violation of rate limits
• Share or resell API keys without authorization
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage our reputation or business

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to data you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Your data is isolated per tenant and not shared with other tenants.

5.2 Website-Specific Learning

The Service uses your data to train AI models specific to your website or application. This learning is isolated to your tenant and improves the Service's performance for your use case. By using the Service, you consent to this learning process.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, process, or generate through the Service. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to use such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all software, technology, designs, and content, is owned by Sastra Innovations (OPC) Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

6.2 Your Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data, content, and intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7.1 Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on usage or restrict access to the Service. We are not liable for any consequences of such modifications.

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay any fees (if applicable)
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
